Monthly profit refers to a financial scenario in real estate/investment where the income generated from a rental property (rent paid by tenants), exceeds the expenses associated with owning and maintaining that asset for the month. The formula is simple: If your Strata Fees, Taxes, Insurance, Mortgage Payment and Property Management fees exceed the rent your property is generating, you make a claim through our homeowner portal, and you’ll be reimbursed for the difference within 5 business days. That’s peace of mind, that’s the EIPP.
